In the year 2011, Time Magazine featured a front page article touting man’s overweening scientific optimism with these words: "Immortal by 2045." Three years later, the life expectancy of Americans dropped (for the first time in 150 years). "The boat is unsinkable, I tell you!" Man is still hoping that world unity will come by technology, prosperity will come by technology, and salvation will be ours through technology. The Federal Reserve cannot save you either. Afraid of the monster of all recessions, the Federal Reserve is lowering the prime with very little cushion left. 5.25 percent isn’t enough to save us from the next recession of all recessions. Only God can save us now. The lesson is theological and religious - always. Where is your faith?
