Major dividing lines threaten the PCA and the SBC this month at their respective conventions, as the fault lines spread out. The northern denominations were always more liberal, eager to do the most unbiblical thing possible. The southern denominations were always more conservative. . . a little slower at compromise. So all compromises for southern denominations must be more surreptitious. But the bottom line is always a rejection of God's law. The heterodox refuse to keep the commandments of God in an age of autonomy.
