Russell Moore, the ex-ethics guy for the Southern Baptist, is airing his concerns about the lack of attention to the sexual sin rampant in some SBC churches. Is it political posturing or is this a cry for appreciable reform? We suggest a list of reforms, primary of which is a proper church government with elder rule and decent accountability for pastors.
