Could the reversal of the Smith Supreme Court decision result in more liberty for Christians. . .and peyote-smoking natives who worship their false gods? The conservatives on the bench are hinting for a little more liberty for those caught up in the regulative state. Will it come by reversing Employment Division v. Smith?
