Christian social commentators are grappling with how to respond to the collapse of civilizations. The options are: resist and reform, accelerate the collapse, enjoy the decline, build an ark, and deny and proceed. One of the significant questions still to answer is whether we move more separatist on the separatist-puritan continuum. Here we review some of the weaknesses of separatism, especially in light of the early Pilgrim-Puritan experience.
Homeschooled himself in the 1960's and 70's, Kevin Swanson and his wife, Brenda, are now homeschooling their five children.
