Senator Ben Sasse points out that people no longer expect their candidates to tell the truth. The candidates running for president are the least trustworthy and the least popular on record. So why to Americans vote for people they don't like and they don't trust? What we would give to hear a candidate tell the truth. . . the real truth. “Government can’t solve your problems. I won’t solve your problems.” The problems with this nation will get fixed if government stops fixing things, and pastors start calling the people in the pews to repentance.
