The case of the century gets its day in court. Oral arguments are heard for the Denver baker religious liberty case before the Supreme Court of the United States. Justice Kennedy is again the swing vote on this very crucial case, and we analyze his interactions on Tuesday. But, is he really the swing vote? We also analyze the Christian defense of the case, which doesn’t rely all that much on the 7th or 8th commandments.
